If you have never been to Amici Winebar, this is your perfect opportunity to see how they make some of their delicious fare!
Culinary Director and Chef Tanner Aronson will be making fresh ravioli stuffed with lemon ricotta served with beurre blanc, fresh greens, herb oil, and some of Amici's famous focaccia.
Two servings of Amici curated Italian wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
