Join us for our Summer Harvest Brewmaster Dinner — a special long-table evening celebrating the season’s finest local produce, crafted into a multi-course feast. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with our own locally brewed beers, as our Beverage Director and Head Chef guides you through the flavours and stories behind every pairing. Appetizer - Harvest Puff Salad
Flaky puff pastry with squash puree and creamy goat cheese, surrounded by arugula, pickled squash and toasted walnuts
Main Course - Salmon + Charred Asparagus
Salmon steak soud vide served with grilled asparagus, confit butternut squash and fluffy dill foam
Dessert - Wine Poached Pear
Soft white wine poached pear paired with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel and buttery crumble
Participants must be 19+ with 2 pieces of ID. Please plan a safe ride home.
