New Moon Guided Meditation, Sound Bath & Tea Ritual

Join us under the summer sky for an evening of grounding, connection, and new beginnings.
We’re blending the magic of the New Moon with calming sound vibrations and the nourishing ritual of herbal tea with this special collaboration between Moon Healing Center and Mindful Sips—a beautiful, BC-based, female-founded tea project.
✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation and sound bath, led by Lori, to help you unwind, reconnect with your inner self, and plant seeds of intention. You’ll be bathed in the soothing sounds of chakra-tuned singing bowls, ocean drum, and rainstick as you soften into stillness beneath the open sky.
Afterward, we’ll gather in community to sip tea, share, and connect. You’ll meet Ilana, the founder of Mindful Sips, who will be offering two of her herbal and mushroom-infused blends to try:
🌿 Immune – a warm, cozy orange-spice tea that gently supports your immune system
🌸 Unwind – a light, floral, soul-soothing blend, perfect for post-sound bath bliss
Both blends are crafted without sweeteners, additives, or caffeine—just pure, plant-powered goodness designed to support your well-being and deepen your connection to mindful rituals.
If you fall in love with a blend, you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase tea to take home and continue the ritual.
🌳 Weather permitting, we’ll hold this event outdoors in Lori’s peaceful, tree-lined backyard—an ideal setting to sync with the rhythms of nature.
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
Wear comfy clothes and bring a journal if you’d like to jot down reflections. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any pillows or cozy items to help you relax—extras will be limited.
