5 week series: each week we will do yoga, do some breathwork and move and breathe together.

Its a Hatha style class with a standing series, a very chill cool down and a long savasana. I also mix in some functional movement and core work. My hope is that you get a good work out, a nice stretch and also enjoy the class.

No refunds but if you need to make up classes you can attend Wednesday night class or bring a friend for free if there is space.
