In this yoga class, weβll focus on opening and expanding the body to help you cultivate balance, strength, and focus, both physically and mentally. Whether youβre brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to be welcoming to all levelsβno experience needed! Taking care of yourself through movement, breath, and mindfulness is essential for staying clear and aligned as you navigate challenges.
Weβll end the class with a soothing singing bowl meditation to help you integrate the practice and find inner peace. πβ¨
Weather permitting, this event will be held outdoors in my peaceful, tree-surrounded backyard β a beautiful space to move, breathe, and connect with nature. π³β¨
