What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, liberating movement experience that invites you to let go, tune into your body, and dance however feels natural and authentic. There are no choreography, no rules—just you, the music, and pure expression.
This practice offers:

Lori will begin with a grounding ritual, setting the intention for our journey. From there, we will move into 75 minutes of expressive movement, allowing the music to guide us. The session will close with a meditative sound bath, where the gentle vibrations of chakra singing bowls will help integrate the experience, bringing a sense of deep relaxation and renewal. Finally, we will gather in a safe sharing circle to reflect and connect.
