Join us for a nurturing Wellbeing Day for Mums: a special event created to support and celebrate the incredible women who do it all. Whether you’re a working mum, a mum of a neurodiverse child, or a neurodiverse mum yourself, this day is designed with you in mind.

We ask attendees to bring the following please:

• Comfortable clothing / layers
• Yoga mat or something soft to lay on
• Blankets
• Pillows / cushions
  Optional
• Eye mask / eye pillow
• Ear defenders or earplugs (for those sensitive to sound)
• A small fidget item or grounding object (if this helps with focus and relaxation)
• Water Bottle
