Ratafia has been symbol of friendship since the middle ages, something we keep today. Learn with us the art of ratafia making. Immerse yourself in the world of ratafia and create your recipe with local herbs that you pick yourself.

A day in the life of a ratafia maker looks like this:

We meet in the morning at Artkom (Aarschot), go for a forest walk with a plant expert, come back for food, drinks, and a masterclass with a real cofraire from Catalonia. You’ll leave with your own blend — and everything you need to finish it at home.
