Yoga with Marie (start at 16:45)

We start at 16:45 🧘

The yoga classes are based on Hatha yoga, which combines energetic postures to strengthen the body, stretching as well as more relaxing yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Sometimes we include components of yin (longer stretches) to bring you into deeper relaxation.

Anyone can join. If a position becomes too challenging for you, Marie will always strive to find an easier alternative.

Marie is an instructor, has practiced yoga for many years and trained as a hatha yoga teacher. She is passionate about creating an environment where people take care of their body and mind - and for a while forget about the world outside. 😊

Just show up in some comfortable clothes. You can bring your favorite yoga mat, or just borrow one from the KFUM.
