This is the starter course, thus – no dance background required! Exact content may differ depending on the students’ needs, but the generally covered topics include:
Kizomba Beginner Class
Discover the beauty of Kizomba, a smooth, sensual partner dance originating from Angola in southwestern Africa. This class is designed for beginners and will focus on the fundamentals of traditional Kizomba, including:
✅ Proper posture for comfort and connection
✅ Leading and following techniques
✅ Basic dance steps (practiced solo and in pairs)
In addition to learning the dance, students can expect:

✨ A great way to relieve stress and unwind
✨ Clear, easy-to-follow instruction
No partner or prior experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm! Next time, we'll dive deeper into Urban Kiz, a modern evolution of Kizomba.
After the classes, the night comes alive with social dancing, where a vibrant mix of rhythms fills the air. From the passionate beats of salsa and bachata to the playful energy of forró, merengue, zouk, and reggaeton, you'll have plenty of opportunities to practice your newly learned steps, connect with others, and truly immerse yourself in the music.
Drinks: You are not allowed to bring your own drinks, but you can purchase drinks at the venue to support the bar.
