following the answers on the pole for a climbing session, here is the event finally!🎉
It's good that we had a tree climbing session during which we revised belaying skills.🌳 I know most of you do not have the Danish climbing certificate but it's good you already have some knowledge. I'll ask in the club if people who already have climbed can be more autonomous and keep you posted on the matter.
The idea of this training will be to aquire belaying and climbing skills both on top rope and lead. For those who want, we can also learn some techniques that are useful for outdoor climbing. We will probably do small groups to do so, while others can do bouldering and maybe climb also.
The session will partly happen during the introduction hours of ÅK. The entrance is 80kr per person, maybe the club has money for it? Otherwise you will have to pay.
Bring:
-A big smile
-Sport clothes you feel good in (it's getting quite warm in the club so maybe consider light ones)
-Water
-Harness, climbing shoes, belay device and chalk if you have
There are harnesses and climbing shoes at the club already. But maybe if someone comes by car we can take the gear from Aa as it is more recent.
