LA LIGA HABANERA

Dansa till livemusik

La Liga Habanera bildades för ca 16 år sedan i Havana, Kuba och har i dag sin bas i Sverige. Sedan starten låter bandet sin moderna, souliga, funkiga take på kubansk ”Timba”, med inspiration från Buena Vista Social Club, Los Van Van, Beny Moré, Havana de Primera och Earth Wind & Fire ljuda över både Sverige och Europa. De kubanska sångarna levererar ett stabilt körpaket utsmyckat med leadsång ackompanjerat av rytm-sektionens svängiga afrokubanska rytmer. Blåssektionen är definitionen av tajthet, samtidigt som pianisten och basisten matar ut montunos som får dansgolvet att lyfta!. 2024 släppte La liga Habanera sitt andra album.
