Meditations work-shop den 16-17/8

Inom ISHTA-traditionen finns flera tekniker för att bryta igenom blockeringar. Det här är en helg för er som vill fördjupa er kunskap om meditation och fördjupa den egna meditationspraktiken. Vi kommer prata om Granthis, var de är placerade i kroppen och vilka chakras de är kopplade till. Vi går också igenom en aktiv meditationsteknik riktat för att luckra upp energiblockeringar.
