Rakshitha Ramesh is an Ayurvedic Doctor from India with a great knowledge about the Ayurvedic Lifestyle and it's health benefits.

During this autumn she will give three workshops at Inre Natur, assisted by Michaela Hedlund who is also educated within the Ayurvedic practice.
