MyYoganess immersion: Honoring Autumn

We offer this morning of deep rest on the edge of the autumn equinox, as nature slowly shifts more clearly into autumn. Autumn is a season where nature invites us to the natural cycle of letting go, releasing whatever is no longer for us. It is also a season of slowing down, reflection and stillness. A stillness where we can allow ourselves to sit with the energetic whirlwind of activity created during summer. We slow down to observe and get clarity - just like how mud or sand settle in a glass of water, leaving the water clear so we can see. It is also a season of nourishing that which we want to keep, that which is our essence. Just like the sap in the trees flow down and concentrates towards the roots to nourish the tree during winter.

In this immersion we will guide you to be with yourself around these questions. What do I want to keep and nurture? What can I let go of? Not because I need to, but because I can.

We will serve a loving blend of somatic movements from self awakening yoga therapeutics, yin and restorative yoga. Suitable for all levels. Bring a notebook as we will give space for reflection and journaling.
