- **Event Description**: Welcome to a morning of tuning into the rhythm and qualities of Winter and the Water element. Winter is a season of slow, rest, replenishment. A time to return home to ourselves and to hold ourselves gently. On the surface it might look like flowers and trees are ‘dead’, but deep in their roots and down in the nourishing soil, the seeds are waiting and cultivating their essence - gathering their life force.

This is a morning of releasing anything that might hold us back from relaxing into the slow reason of winter. A longer experience that includes a loving blend of yin and restorative yoga as well as Breathwork and yoga-nidra (deep relaxation). There will be space for reflection and flow-writing/journaling. 

I have space for 10 participants. 
Suitable for all levels.
