These two sessions will introduce you to essential meditation techniques, exploring topics like the mind, consciousness, motivations, postures, and various meditation styles. Each workshop combines informative theory with practical exercises, ending with a Q&A session to address your questions. There will be a 90-minute lunch break at noon.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Tahlia LinnBorn in Taiwan, Tahlia was raised with the influence of Buddhism, Taoism, and Zen. She was initiated into the Vajrayana path at age fifteen. Attending Tushita (2014) and Kopan (2016) deepened her commitment to the Dharma. Tahlia has served in various roles at FPMT Centres and continues to study across all four Tibetan traditions. She is a registered FPMT teacher, grateful to all her teachers, especially His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
