My fellow breathers
After a longer summer break, I'm very happy to restart our Breathworks in a new Studio. Yoga-Spirit is a 2' walk from the Kunsthaus and nestled in a courtyard away from the street. The studio has a lot of wood and a warm, earthy feel to it.
And something that makes me particularly happy - it has a surround sound system, so you can fully drop into yourself, cradled by the carefully curated music..) AND, it has sheep-wool mats, so you can lay super comfortably during longer Breathworks 😃
Even if you don't feel like "working" your breath, you're more than welcome to find your own rhythm. I have been practicing a much gentler Breathwork these past years as the core of Breathwork is simply to bring your breath to whatever you're feeling in the moment 🙏🏼
And for those of you who like to ground and make new friends, we're often going for lunch afterwards..)

Special NOTE
The studio provides mats, cushions and blankets. Please bring comfortable, warm clothes and maybe a special pillow if you need.
There is plenty of room but please save your spot in advance. Yes, you can also pay on the spot but planning is so much easier when I know you're coming as I'm preparing the space for you. Thanks for letting me know - you're greatly appreciated!

About Breathwork
Our breath is the most immediate access to more mindfulness and consciousness – and more consciousness enables us to recognize, process and let go of unwanted circumstances in our life.

So what does a Session look like – after an introduction we will lay down to breathe for about one hour, accompanied by music. The experiences range from deep relaxation, spiritual journeys to also more challenging processes. Everything and everybody is welcome..
