About the event

Service Oriented Stakeholder Management
Objective: Provide effective techniques to engage, manage, and nudge stakeholders in a service-oriented way

Target: New Managers, People with recent (1-3 years) or upcoming stakeholder responsibilities, and team leaders aiming to develop effective stakeholder management skills

Format: 1.25 days with one-day intensive (two 3.5-hour group modules) and one 1.5 hr online case study session after. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr two weeks after the intensive.



The shift from an individual contributor to a people manager requires a transformational shift in the mindset. As a manager, one needs to become a strategic partner for stakeholders by engaging and nudging them while advancing service excellence. An engaged stakeholder network can multiply the influence of our work. A proactive systemic approach to stakeholder engagement takes us beyond successfully navigating the stakeholder map to co-create a new future.


MODULES:



Morning: Engaging & Nudging Stakeholders to strategically design stakeholder maps and nudge people in a non-invasive way. Learn to:

Map emerging stakeholder landscape as a widening web of relationships

Use an interest-influence matrix to inform an engagement strategy and approach

Nudge relations for shared success


Afternoon Advancing Service Excellence to embed a service-oriented mindset in our actions & decisions while setting boundaries. Learn to:

Embed service-oriented mindset

Understand stakeholder's needs and deepen relation using active listening & silence

Navigate difficult discussions, set boundaries


1.5 hrs Online Case Study session after 2 weeks


The modules are conducted in English and are limited to 20 participants to facilitate interactions and connections.


At the end of the program, you will be provided a "Certificate of Participation" by MQ Learning. MQ Learning is EduQua certified educational institute.
