We had a crazy idea: to age À tue-tête bottles for one year at the bottom of Lake Zurich!

Thanks to our friend Ralph, who bravely dove down to drop them in, this wild experiment became reality. Now, one year later, it’s time to bring them back to the surface and taste the results.

We’ll compare the lake-aged bottles with the same ones that spent the year aging peacefully in the cellar. Julien will also bring along some of his new blends, so there’ll be plenty to explore and enjoy.
