Drum and Dance Circle: a creative journey full of rhythm, movement and sound!

This Drum and Dance Circle is a warm invitation to dive into a new experience with curiosity and a spirit of experiment. We drum, we dance, we sound, we are. On this holistic journey you can try things out, express yourself, and get to know yourself anew—beyond categories like "Right and Wrong."
In the first part of the workshop, under the guidance of Drum Circle Facilitator Sarah, we enter the fascinating world of rhythms and drums. In a playful way, we improvise on a variety of drums and percussion instruments and collaboratively create a percussion ensemble. The rhythms arise intuitively in the moment and from the group. We experience the connective and nourishing power of drumming—and have lots of fun!
In the second part, body and voice come into play. Under the guidance of Dance Circle Facilitator Diana, we experience rhythm directly in and with the body and move to it. With her own method and innovative dance style Corpoplural, Diana invites you to experience dance as a journey of playfulness, self-awareness, healing and presence.
Ultimately, all elements come together in a creative fireworks: the music, the dance, the drumming, the participants.

No prior knowledge required for this workshop. The Drum and Dance Circle is open to all levels, all bodies, all people. Instruments are provided, and your own instruments are warmly welcome.
