Acrylic, Structure & Resin
Create your own Dreamy Oceanscape by mixing very interesting media and having fun adding gold or silver leaf to embellish your artwork. In just a few hours, you’ll acquire the skills and techniques needed to create captivating, lifelike artwork that will mesmerize you and your friends and family. Even if you’re a complete beginner, fear not! I will guide you through every step.
What you will learn:
Creating Depth with Structure Paste: Learn how to build texture and dimension using structure paste to mimic the natural movement and flow of the ocean.
Blending Acrylics for an Ocean Palette: Explore color blending techniques to achieve dreamy ocean hues, from deep blues to sandy whites. Learn how to create highlights and shadows for a realistic ocean vibe.
Layering for a 3D Effect: Combine structure paste, acrylics, and resin to build a multi-dimensional artwork that truly stands out.
Mastering Resin Techniques: Discover how to mix and pour resin to create a glossy, wave-like finish. Experiment with layering resin for depth and transparency effects
- No Prior Painting Experience Necessary. If it’s your very first time painting, you might wanna calculate a bit more time to finish the painting. Also, we recommend to skip a detail or two and/or call for assistance when you need!
- Step by Step Instructions, but you are always welcome to paint something else!
- 1 canvas (40x50cm) and all Painting Materials Provided and Included in the Ticket Price
- Medium: Premium alcohol ink and resin materials .
- Language of Instruction: English
- Duration of the Event: ca 3hrs
- Good to know: Plastic gloves are always needed when working with resin from measuring to finished paintings to protect hands. The room is always well ventilated while working with resin. A special breathing mask is not needed at this workshop based on the small amount of resin used in our very spacious studio and the limited participant number. Although the resin we use is certified non-toxic, out of extra caution, we do not recommend this workshop for pregnant women and kids.
