Alfie Brown and Jimmy McGhie headline the Comedy Kiss' Doube Header supported by Ludovica Boggiani at Zurich's leading comedy venue.
It was 2022, I was at the Fringe in Edinburgh and people were talking: "Alfie Brown, Alfie Brown, Alfie Brown". I sadly took too long trying to get free tickets and then all shows were sold out. And it's since then that I have frustratingly been waiting to see Alfie Brown live. And now we have him headlining alongside an old favourite of ours Jimmy McGhie.
Alfie Brown:
Alfie Brown is a Chortle Best Show Award Winner (Yup in 2022), a Edinburgh Comedy Award Nominee (Yes 2022 again) and really just one of the best British Stand up Comedians out there with appearances on "Live at the Apollo" and "Roast Battle" to name just a few.
Jimmy McGhie:
Jimmy McGhie has been with us before, he comes highly recommended, not only by us but all the comedians who recommended him to us causing his first visit to Switzerland. He's charming, insightful and funny and when he's onstage it feels like you're having a good chat with an old friend. Just an old friend that is really funny and who you may have seen on the BBC or Comedy Central.
Adding to the Lineup will be our "local" talent Ludovica Boggiani.
Ludovica Boggiani:
Originally from Italy, Ludovica came to Switzerland for her studies and stayed for her depression. Passionate about observing her own behaviour, she is amused by her interpersonal shortcomings. She brings to the stage a neurospicy attitude towards finding the will to live.
Come join us for this amazing double header night with a touch of Italian flair. It's not so common to have so many amazing comedians under one roof and we're excited to bring you that!
