Between Words and Silence – Interpreting the Tao Te Ching

The event (held in English) is dedicated to the Tao Te Ching, one of the foundational texts of Eastern philosophy.

Through a series of short presentations and open discussions, we will explore its core concepts, including the Dao (the Way), Wu Wei (non-action or effortless action), and the emphasis on naturalness, simplicity, humility, and inner peace. The Tao Te Ching offers a unique philosophical perspective that contrasts with many Western traditions—inviting us to embrace fluidity over control, quiet strength over force, and balance over extremes. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on the text’s timeless wisdom and how it might relate to modern life, ethics, and personal growth.

Whether you’re familiar with the Tao Te Ching or new to it, this event offers a chance to engage deeply with its teachings in an open, thoughtful, and interactive setting. All are welcome to join the conversation.
