We Shred Rock Creek is back for 2025 – and it is shaping up to be one heck of a good time on bikes. Whether you’re looking to progress, try a new trail, ride Rock Creek (or any bike park!) for the first time, or just hang out and have a beverage with other rad women+, this event is for you!

No matter your skill level, showing up and riding any mountain bike park can be a little intimidating, especially if you don't have a friend to ride with. That’s why we’re extending an invite out to women+ of all ages to join us at Rock Creek – without racing or egos – to have fun on the trails and progress at your own pace. Join pro downhill racer/ MTB skills coach/ mom Caroline Washam for a chill day of doing what we all love: riding bikes, talking about bikes, and relaxing a little too.

This event will not provide coaching or guiding. We encourage everyone to support one another and find new friends to shred with!
