Sound Bath Elixir with Uma Behati

Balance and rejuvenate your Body-Mind on a cellular level embarking on an evening of Sound Alkhemie with Uma Behati.

This is an immersive sensory experience of unwinding through the ancient healing alkhemie of crystal quartz and tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes and more fostering a sense of grounding, relaxation and spiritual connection.

Hosted the first Friday of the month from 7:00-8:00pm at Invoke Wellness Center.
