Sunday in the Park - Django in the Djungle

The monthly Sunday in the Park concert, hosted by the Yungaburra Community Rotunda, will feature ‘Django in the Djungle’!

"GRAB your dancing shoes, come on down and enjoy Django in the Djungle’s
new collection of vintage Swing, Roots & Blues tunes!"

"Django in the Djungle" expertly integrates both global and local musical influences to produce a distinct blend of Swing, Roots, and Blues. Known as the premier Swing ensemble in the Tablelands and the leading blues band in Far North Queensland, they incorporate a diverse array of instruments, including horns, guitars, mandolin, clarinet, flute, all supported by a robust rhythm section. Their music represents a celebration of eclectic musical styles, designed to engage listeners and inspire movement.

This is a family-friendly free event, and if you wish, you can donate directly to the band. All are welcome to attend!

Remember to bring along a chair, blanket, or rug to reserve your piece of front-row lawn. Refreshments are available from nearby shops. Parking is available via Short Street.

In case of rain, the alternative venue will be the Yungaburra Community Hall.
