Sunrise Morning Practice - Old St Pauls

Happy to announce a weekly class I’ll be offering this September💫

Where: Old St Pauls
645 S. 2nd Ave. Yuma, Az 85364

When: Tuesdays 5:45 AM
(For the month of September 2025)

What to expect: A beginners level all age yoga class with meditation, breathing techniques and sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow for extra comfort during your practice.

Suggested Donation: $15
