GriefShare - Surviving the Holidays

Navigating grief during the holiday season can feel overwhelming, especially when everything around you seems to sparkle while your heart feels heavy. Surviving the Holidays is a special GriefShare seminar designed to offer practical tools, gentle encouragement, and a safe space for anyone facing loss as the holidays approach.

This seminar will be facilitated by Dr. Kent Brown, who has walked through grief personally and has supported countless individuals through loss during his 21 years in ministry, including many years of leading the GriefShare program. His experience brings depth, understanding, and compassion to a difficult season.

The afternoon will focus on managing emotions, honoring your loved one, creating meaningful traditions, and finding hope even in the midst of heartache.
