**Vendor set up on Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday morning starting at 7:00 AM.**

***PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT***
**I/We hereby agree, as a vendor of the Church of the Good Shepherd Craft Fair, that I/we will hold harmless the sponsors of the craft fair site, their agents and employers, from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, sits, proceedings, actions and causes of any action and every kind of nature arising or in any way connected with my/our use or occupancy as a vendor at the Church of the Good Shepherd Craft Fair. *****THE APPLICATION FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE for any cancellation done within 30 days prior to the event.***
