Healthy Cooking Demo

Join us at St. Andrew Church, a proud Blue Zones Project Participating Organization, for a special garden-to-table cooking demo!

We’ll start by walking out to the church garden to hand-pick fresh ingredients, then use them to create a delicious, Blue Zones inspired recipe! This fun, hands-on event will spark new ideas for healthy meals at home, plus you’ll get to enjoy free samples and take home recipe cards!
