As we grow older, our baseline strength, flexibility, & stability decreases. This can result in reduced activity, less physical exploration & safe risk taking, and fear of falls or movement. But, we don't have to pump iron for hours at the gym to discover the strength that is just waiting to wake up...
Utilizing principles of neuroscience, we enliven our neuro-cognitive and deep sensory skills to rapidly increase strength, function, & integration, not to mention empowering embodiment! If you'd like to feel stronger, safer in movement, and more connected to your body, this class is for you.

Expectations & Agreements
No Experience Needed: All levels will be met were they're at.
Clothing: Athletic shoes (we'll be barefoot sometimes) and clothing you can move in that's not too baggy.
Self-Responsibility: We are all sovereign and take empowered responsibility for our wellness journey. All are encouraged to learn and honor their own needs and limits.
All Are Welcome: No one will be turned away, all are welcome, though the class is tailored specifically to honor and serve women 50 and over.
Your Guide
Dr. Katie Lynne is a licensed occupational therapist, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and performing artist whose work focuses on the whole self; mind, body, spirit, community, ecology, and activity. She approaches life, and her wellness and performance offerings from the perspective that we are all one, and everything is energy in motion.
