This event is open to all EMU students and alumni and is open to the first 60 registrants. It is sponsored by the EMU COB Professional Development & Ethics Committee, the EMU COB Alumni Steering Committee, and the Center for Digital Engagement.

During this in-person event, you'll have the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions, workshops, and one-on-one guidance. Our experts will share insider tips and tricks to help you navigate the job market and make more meaningful connections through the use innovative stations.

Mark your calendars for Sat. Oct 04 at 09:00 AM (Eastern Daylight Time) and head to SPARK East Innovation Center, 215 W. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti, MI 48197 to kickstart your professional journey. LBC -3a Credit will be given to EMU students who attend (you must register for this at the event)!

We will also be highlighting the EMU COB Professional Development Certification (based on LinkedIn Learning) designed to give you the tools and knowledge to present yourself in the most professional way. This certification uses LinkedIn Learning's subject matter experts to give you further instructions on Professional Networking, Professional and Business Etiquette, and how to further develop your Professional Integrity. This program can be done at your own leisure and there will be some cool EMU COB swag items and a LinkedIn professional development badge for those who complete this program by March 25, 2025.
