A Festivus For the rest of US

No Gifts, Tinsel is distracting.

Feats of Strength are internal and external No feat shall be considered paltry and all will be admired. We will be finger jousting and allowing the display of personal accomplishments. No diminishing, only the aggrandizing of others. If you want to display overcoming a fear. If you want to jump up and down in a tutu this is the event for you.

Mark The beginning of Festivus with the creation of this years Festivus Pole. The pole shall be constructed by the vitue of hot glue gun and continuous playing of thunderstruck.. Cans of beer and soda are acceptable vessels

After the raising of the festivus pole we will have self actualized airing of grievances: Tell your community how you would hope to be engaged with more. If you would like more silly memes sent let the people know.

Weather permitting we will be doing this as a pot luck dinner. BYOB for the creation of the Festivus pole. Lets have this be a tower

All cans from the party will be recycled into direct cash donation for local food pantries
