Our SPE Evangeline Section's Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) Day will reach over 152 5th-grade students, plus their teachers. We are targeting younger students to learn about the Oil & Gas and STEM industries and careers. Students and teachers will spend one hour on the Introduction to STEM, learn about O&G careers, and individually complete a hands-on, simple experiment with the help of SPE Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Member Volunteers. Another hour, in our hands-on STEM Engineering Museum, plus a few tables with a flash card game and simple experiments. Our Industry Volunteers will share their careers with the students, and students will have the opportunity for a Q&A.
Sponsorship Levels:
$1300.00 = one available with up to 4 attendees
$650.00 = two available with up to 3 attendees
$500.00 = three available with up to 2 attendees
Sponsor Company Logo will be recognized on our SPE Evangeline Section website, at the Event, and receive admission to the event to share their careers and help with various activities.
Any company's promotional items are welcome for the student gift bags.
