The holidays and trains just seem to go together. Model trains of all shapes and sizes can be seen at the Youngstown Model Railroad Association Fall Open House, the weekends of November 1, 2 & 8, 9 and December 6, 7 & 13, 14. The Club is located at the corner of Raccoon Road and Four Mile Run Road in Austintown.
The hours are 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. all EIGHT days.
The Youngstown Model Railroad Association is one of the few clubs in the country that has two complete displays, ‘O’ scale and the smaller ‘HO’. Both extensive layouts feature over 100 scale miles of track each!
We will also have our NEW Modular “HO” layout on display in our new addition.
Our “HO” Layout was featured in the #1 Model Railroading Magazine in the World Model Railroader in their January 2025 Issue!
Time seems to stand still as fast freight and colorful passenger trains wind their way around the scenic railroads, often disappearing into tunnels to reappear on the other side of the room.
Bring the whole family and join us for a few fun-filled hours. A courtesy donation of $5.00 per person is requested. Children 11 and under with an adult are free.
