Join James Bruzzi in the Bruzzi Vineyard Kitchen for an afternoon of cheese, Chocolate, wine and fun! At this workshop we will having a wine tasting Flight and pairing exquisite cheeses and Fine chocolates:

Chèvre/Spice Crispy Chocolate/Vidal Blanc

Gruyere/Chocolate Covered Cherry/Rose

Cheddar/Black Currant Marzipan/Zinfandel

Brie/Roasted Raspberry Chocolate/Devious

Roquefort/Vanilla Bean Caramel/Glamorous
