Explore the Eastern Sierra's High CountryJoin us on a guided three-day backpacking trip to Mono Pass, where the Sierra Nevada delivers some of its most breathtaking scenery—without the crowds of Yosemite Valley. Whether you're chasing solitude, scenery, or just a good story to tell, this trip offers a truly unforgettable wilderness experience in one of California’s most stunning alpine settings. This moderately strenuous takes takes us up to Mono Pass, traversing the western slope of the Sierra Nevada.

It's a 3-day backpacking adventure with two night camping at stunning Sardine Lake. And on day two, we'll leave our packs at camp to ascent to Mount Lewis at 12,230 feet. At the summit, we’ll enjoy expansive views of the Eastern Sierra, Mono Lake Basin, Mono Craters, June Lake, and the Yosemite Crest—a perspective few get to experience.
