This is an immersive workshop that explores the menstrual cycle as a mirror of nature’s seasons and the stages of a woman’s life. Blending menstrual and life phase education with somatic and nervous system embodiment practices, discussion, and sensory and elemental exploration. Woven throughout are the threads of archetypal wisdom that remind us of the deeper patterns guiding our cyclical nature. Together, we’ll reconnect to the wisdom of our bodies and the ancestral story of women’s sacred blood.
Each season offers gifts - medicine for us to carry into our lives.
This workshop Includes a ritual gift inspired by the wisdom of the seasons and elements of the feminine cycle. Inviting you to carry this knowledge forward and deepen your connection to your body and rhythms - anointing oil handcrafted from all organic sustainably sourced ingredients, a full size loose incense mix - also all organic ingredients, a ritual bath mix, and a crystal.
From your host:
My name is Alicia Janovyak, and I am a Somatic Educator centering the female nervous system. I am devoted to the wisdom body of woman. I weave somatic + nervous system education, menstrual cycle wisdom, sacred self care, and the feminine mysteries into a body of work that is practical and also a reclamation of sacredness.
So many women have been taught to disconnect from their bodies - to see their cycles as an inconvenience rather than a source of wisdom - bringing this work forward restores reverence where shame once lived. I believe bringing this offering to women can be a map home - a way to understand themselves not as linear beings but as cyclical, sensing, and alive.
