Join us on Saturday 31st of January to celebrate the apple trees in Rowntree Park with our own annual joyful take on a traditional Wassail.

This is a fun, welcoming event for families - all about connecting with nature, the seasons and each other.

The event is split into parts - Children’s activities, morris dancing and the wassail parade and activities.

We will be joined by Ramshackle Morris dancers and are excited to have them along.

Crafts, dancing, banging and shouting, toasting trees and more! Sound a bit crazy? May be. Fun? Most definitely!

This is a relaxed, outdoor event celebrating community, nature, and tradition. Wrap up warm, bring your curiosity, and come and join us.
