Understanding Christianity Training

The Diocesan Education Team is running an in person full Understanding Christianity Training day this year for CE schools in the Diocese of York.

This training is suitable for new RE subject leads and other members of staff who have not yet completed Understanding Christianity training in schools. The course is primarily focused on schools who already have the Understanding Christianity Resource pack, however it will be possible for schools who haven’t yet accessed Understanding Christianity training to take part (in this instance please contact Olivia Seymour prior to booking your place T2xpdmlhICEgc2V5bW91ciB8IHlvcmtkaW9jZXNlICEgb3Jn)

The training will take place at the Diocesan Office, Amy Johnson Way, York, YO30 4XT from 9.30am - 3.30pm

A buffet lunch is included.

Cost

• The cost of the training for schools who already have an Understanding pack will be £75 (a second delegate from a school can attend for a total cost of £125)

• The cost of the training for schools who are not in the service level agreement and who already have an Understanding Christianity pack will be £125 (a second delegate from a school can attend for a total cost of £175)

• Delegates will be required to have access to the Understanding Christianity resource pack. The cost of the training includes further support materials for Understanding Christianity and access to training PowerPoints and resources.

An invoice will follow shortly after the session.
