We are Jilly and Stu Fletcher, professional musicians offering peace and sanctuary through music and sound.
Join us for a unique relaxation event with our Zen Garden Experience. Pop on one of our headsets for an immersive personal journey, bring a blanket and something to lay on (we suggest a gym or yoga mat but a duvet works fine too) get comfy and let us take you to the emerald haven of a zen garden.
We create a live ambient sound immersion using flute, ethereal vocals, ambient bass, windchimes, tongue drums and percussion. We perform alongside the sounds of soothing birdsong and the gentle trickling waters of a stream. We'll follow this with a beautifully grounding gong bath. You'll receive all the health benefits expected at a sound bath directly through the vibrations of our instruments while been wrapped inside the a personal cocoon of a headset, reducing distraction, entering into deeper relaxation. We finish all our sessions with complimentary tea and cake!
Please bring something comfortable to lie or sit on, a pillow and a blanket.
We will close the doors at the start of the event to protect the peace of those relaxing with us. Please arrive on time as we really don't want anyone to be locked outside the building.
Toilets and private parking are available at the centre.
This event is not suitable for people with a pacemaker due to electro magnetic radio waves.
Although the headsets are fully adjustable for comfort and volume, the sound produced by the gongs may be too loud for those with audio sensitivity. The deep frequencies of the gong are very powerful, providing many health benefits but may affect some people negatively. Anxiety can be triggered and trauma stored in the body can be activated for those with mental sensitivities. Deep vibrations and resting on the floor may be unsuitable for those who are pregnant. We ask that you consider these important notes before booking and take precautions if necessary.
