Rooted Connections brings together local wellness professionals who value collaboration, growth, and community. The focus is on meaningful conversation, shared resources, and expanding your network in a way that feels authentic and supportive.

This space was created because the world of wellness is vast and ever evolving. It can often feel fragmented in a world with so many modalities. My intention is to hold space for the different definitions of wellness- data driven, root cause focused, energetic, clinical, and beyond - so we can come together, collaborate, and deepen the healing for our clients.
