Rhythm is a Dancer NORTHAM
Get out of your armchair and let’s get moving. Transform your Friday evening with a fun upbeat drumming circle, where we will be learning basic foundation rhythms to play along to dance remixes from the 90’s upwards.
No choreography. No dance tuition. Just you, your moves and free expression whether on the drum or on the dancer floor.
Please note ……I aim to help people release stress and anxiety by using drums and movement as a somatic experience to shifting negative energy. I’m not a fitness instructor so please know your body and its limitations.
Let’s feel the rhythm, and have fun together.
LIMITED SPACES . All drums, drum stands and percussion provided. No need to bring yours.
