Restorative Yoga

Hey everyone....how are you feeling? This time of year can bring lots of change which sometimes can be stressful. Back to school for kids and teachers, parents finding the empty nest, dys getting shorter.....wow...it's alot.....so...... come to my restorative class on August 31st , Sunday at 7 pm and enjoy a soothing and restful yoga experience. This class will relax your body and settle your mind, providing you with a focus and grounding to move forward into September. Come and spend an hour with me just being....
