Hartree Centre SME Hubs - Harnessing AI for Growth

We will be joined by Steve Brewer, Innovation Manager at the Hartree Centre North East Hub, who will be talking about the Hartree Centre's HNCDI programme and the SME Hubs, outlining the purpose and the benefits to small and medium organisations.

Aimed at supporting SMEs through their digital transformation journey the Hartree Centre's SME Hubs help SMEs embed the principles of data science and AI in their business processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Done through a mix of hands on workshops and 12-week collaborative data projects that are fully supported by a small team of data scientists, the Hartree Centre North East Hub is in its 3rd year and has been warmly received by participants to date.

About The Speaker

Steve Brewer is a seasoned business and technology leader with over 30 years of experience in Pharma, AgTech and DigiTech industries. Currently, he serves as Innovation Manager at Sunderland Software City and is the Founder of Text Mining Solutions, a company he founded in 2012 to help businesses leverage technology to achieve their strategic objectives.
