Whipped ricotta crostini with lemon zest & local honey, finished with sea salt, micro basil, and toasted pistachios
Course 2:
Conundrum 2022 White Blend – California
Seared sea scallop over mango-coconut risotto, topped with grilled pineapple salsa and a citrus beurre blanc
Course 3:
Murphy-Goode 2023 Pinot Noir – California
Duck confit with roasted wild mushrooms, served atop truffle polenta and finished with a cherry-port reduction
Course 4:
Conundrum 2021 Red Blend – California
Flourless chocolate torte, topped with blackberry compote, smoked sea salt, and a dollop of vanilla bean whipped cream

Dietary alterations are not accommodated for this event. The menu is subject to change at the chef's discretion. A deposit of $60 is required to purchase your ticket. Deposits are non-refundable. Final bill, including tax and 20% gratuity will be presented at the end of the dinner. (Gratuity will be on the full ticket cost which is $120)
