Connecting to Ancestral Wisdom with Gail & Ellen

Often we hear of ancestral trauma, but there is also ancestral wisdom to be connected to.

Through an ancestral meditation practice and cacao ceremony, we will tap into ancestral wisdom that has been passed down through generations, by recognizing positive attributes within.

The workshop will be design for physical, emotional and spiritual well-being by opening ourselves to receive ancestral wisdom, as well as honoring the Pennacook Abenaki people, who are consider the original inhabitants of York, ME.
