This will be a different kind of dinner at eagles nest, instead of full entrées, we’ll guide you through a four-course tapas experience, each small bite paired with a carefully selected bourbons.
March 18th 5:30-8PM Eagle’s Nest *UPSTAIRS*
Course 1: Citrus & spring pea bisque: vibrant blend of sweet peas, fresh mint, lemon, and vanilla-pepper crème, with micro herbs
Bourbon pairing: Rittenhouse Rye
Course 2: Honeydew/graham crunch salad: baby arugula, butter lettuce, shaved fennel, honeydew, toasted hazelnuts, and honey-white balsamic vinaigrette, with graham crumble
Bourbon Pairing: Old Fitz 7 Year
Course 3: Lemon-pepper bourbon chicken skewers: char-grilled chicken brushed with a citrus-vanilla bourbon glaze, with cracked pepper and charred scallion over asparagus
Bourbon Pairing: Evan Williams White Label
Course 4: Brown sugar strawberry shortcake bites: Fluffy spring shortcake layered with macerated strawberries, honey whipped cream, and a whisper of baking spice
Bourbon Pairing: Heaven Hill 7 Year
Entertainment: Adriano Sica on the piano
