Men's Breathwork and Ice Bath Workshop

Welcome to the Men's Breathwork and Ice Bath Workshop at Indigo Soul Wellness! This event has been organised as an act of gratitude and recognition, to the men of Queensland's not-for-proft men's organisations. For the men of Man Kind Project (MKP), Men's Wellbeing, Dads in Distress, The Men's Table and Complete Men.

As a woman who has sat in your sister organisation, Women Within, I wanted to express through my offerings, my gratitude and recognition of the work you men are doing: within, together and for our future generations. In a time where the spotlight is on the hurt and pain men are causing, there is equally light to shine on the healing and safety men are creating. And I want to help shine that light in this moment.

This workshop is also an opportunity to:

❤️ Offer men a powerful embodied experience,

❤️ Create a shared space for connection across the men's organisations,

❤️ Raise funds which will be re-invested into the above listed organisations.

So if you are a part of one of the above organisations, and would like a moment of reverance for yourself and your brothers, an opportunity to connect to yourself and your brothers, as well as opportunity to push you limits in uncomfortable situations, come breathe and freeze with us!
